Overview

We want you to love your GA.MA tools. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.

  • Return window: Products purchased on gamaprofessional.us may be returned within 7 days from the day you receive the product if they are new or gently used.
  • Refund eligibility: Only new, unopened products in original packaging are eligible for a refund.
  • Proof of purchase required: All returns, and warranty claims must be accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase from gamaprofessional.us or a official distributor.
  • Warranty coverage: All GA.MA tools include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Defective products will be exchanged for the same or an improved model.

We are not able to accept returns for items purchased outside of gamaprofessional.us or from unauthorized retailers. Free returns and exchanges are available only for shipments originating from the continental U.S.

Warranty Exclusions

Your warranty will not apply if:

  • The product is damaged from misuse, improper maintenance, or failure to follow instructions.
  • The damage is caused by accidental breakage or shipping after initial delivery.
  • The product has been tampered with, altered, repaired, or replaced by unauthorized parties.
  • The defect occurs outside the warranty period.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase from gamaprofessional.us.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items cannot be refunded

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds: Processed back to your original method of payment within a few business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Re-check your bank or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary).

Exchanges

Gifts

  • Warranty assistance: If you receive a GA.MA product as a gift, we are happy to provide troubleshooting support, repair instructions, guidance, or replacement parts if needed.
  • Proof of purchase required: For returns or refunds of gifted items, we kindly ask for proof of purchase from the original buyer (the gift giver). Without this, we are unable to process a refund or return.
